Looking for a single advisory session? ↗The approach
Leading comes with decisions you cannot delegate and conversations you cannot keep postponing. As responsibilities grow, finding space to examine your own direction can become difficult.
Our work begins with what you are carrying right now. Together, we identify the priorities that matter, examine the habits and assumptions shaping your decisions, and turn insight into specific commitments.
Your faith belongs in that conversation. So do your business, your family, and the person you are becoming through the work.
What we work on
Each engagement centers on two or three priorities. These are some of the places our work may take us.
Delegate responsibility, develop your people, and address the conversations you have been avoiding.
Examine growth, money, competing priorities, and the tradeoffs behind consequential decisions.
Reflect on intention, ambition, ego, and the ethical responsibilities that accompany influence.
Build habits around attention, follow-through, and a workload you can sustain.
Make room for family, strengthen communication, and establish boundaries around your availability.
Clarify what success should serve and what deserves your energy in this stage of life.
Your coaching partner

Khalis Rashaad
My work spans the financial decisions of business owners, the responsibilities of community leadership, and the inner work of spiritual formation.
I am a husband, father, longtime business owner, imam, and spiritual teacher. My work as a scholar and PhD candidate deepens the perspective I bring to these conversations, while family life and community leadership keep it grounded in everyday responsibility.
I bring those perspectives into a candid, thoughtful working relationship. We make room for honest reflection, practical advice where appropriate, and accountability for the decisions you make.
